Sadly, we must  inform you that Dennis Sheppard passed away on Saturday 11th April, after a long illness.

 

Dennis, who only became a member of Cheam last season, played at Sutton both indoors and outdoors for many years before joining Cheam. 

 
Within the short time he was with us  he took on the task of coaching  members new to bowling, and was an active member of the club until his illness prevented him.

 

Our thoughts are with Margaret and his family at this time.
